Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Because some items are shipped directly from our suppliers, processing and delivery times may vary.
Shipping Times
Most orders are delivered within 7 to 21 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to supplier processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or incorrect shipping information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs, if any, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking Information
Tracking information may not be available for every order.
If tracking is provided by the supplier or carrier, we will send it to you by email or text. Some orders may arrive without detailed tracking updates.
Multiple Packages
If you order more than one item, your items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
