Refund & Return Policy

All sales are considered final. Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, Fret Finds does not generally accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fretfinds.us with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

• A brief description

To be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or possible refund consideration, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

• the item is damaged

• the item is defective

• you received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it appropriately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom products

• Used products

• Digital products

• Items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If approved, replacement options may be offered at our discretion.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify, items must be:

• unused

• in original packaging

• in the same condition received

• accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
